Creating Tables in MSWORD

To create tables in MSWORD:

  1. Open MSWORD.
  2. From the Tables menu, select Insert --> Table. The Insert Table dialog opens.
  3. Enter the Number of columns.
  4. Enter the Number of rows.
  5. Click OK.

To create a table from an existing content:

  1. Open MSWORD.
  2. Enter the content with a tab difference.
  3. From the Tables menu, select Convert --> Text to Table. The Convert Text to Table dialog opens.
  4. Enter the Number of Columns or Number of Rows.
  5. Select one option from Seperate text at.
  6. Click OK.
